Here's how to fix the duplicate label problem:
1) Go to Control Panel "Remove/Add Programs" and remove the UPS Plugin.
2) Go to Control Panel "Printers/Faxes" and delete the thermal printer.
If there is more than 1 thermal printer, delete them all.
3) Disconnect or Power down the thermal printer.
4) Reboot.
5) Run the driver program. It usually unzips to "C:\UPS Drivers".
6) Turn on the printer and connect it in to USB.
7) When the hardware wizard asks for the location of the driver, enter "C:\UPS Drivers" or wherever you unzipped it.
8) Now run the Plug-in program as usual.
Done!
P.S. You can delete the "UPS Drivers" folder.

- Okay, I've installed this on three computers now and here is my revised fix that definitely fixes the double label problem in Firefox. This was done using Firefox 3.06. I don't know know if it works on other versions of Firefox.
- Go to Program Files\UPSThermal. There is a file in there named npEltr32.dll. Copy the file off somewhere.
- Now uninstall the UPS Thermal plugin using the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs Icon.
- Reboot the machine. Make sure Firefox is closed.
- Copy the npEltr32.dll file into Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins.
