Question about Pottery Barn Kids Espresso Sleigh
I have a PBK's Sleigh Crib that is about seven years old. The white plastic clip at the top of the dropside rail is broken. Since PBK's won't contact the mftr for a replacement part, where can I purchase a rplcmt part that is compatible and safe to fix the crib? Any help is appreciated!
We had the same thing happen and Pottery Barn was terrible at helping us remedy the problem. However, after much research, we found the solution! There is a company called Products America (www.productsamerica.com) that sells replacement kits for the PBK cribs. Ours was the antique white sleigh crib...all parts matched perfectly and were identical to the originals! Good luck!
