Question about Mitsubishi WT-46809 46" Rear Projection Television
I think I have the same problem as you do. My TV goes on for 1-3 seconds and then turns itself off. Did you have a technician fix it? If so, how much did it cost?
This can be caused by blown fuse(s) on the middle PC board. The fuses are not the kind that fit in a fuseholder. They are soldered on the PC board toward the front. I would guess the repair would be a few hundred bucks, but changing fuses is normally the effect of another problem, NOT the cause of the problem, so there may be other problem to fix and add to your bill.
