When you lost windows login password, you can get into safe mode (F8 when booting up) to recover windows password while you lost user account password, but if you forgot administrator password, there's no way to change it, you should use utility to recover admin password. Yesterday morning, I forgot my Windows admin password. In the end, I successfully retrieve my Windows password by using Windows Password Seeker. It's worth a try.

Somehow, somebody has manually placed admin password for your bios. Thats the only way it can be done. Try this

Introduction to BIOS Passwords The best method to reset a BIOS password depends on what BIOS the computer has. Common BIOS's include AMI, Award, IBM and Phoenix. Numerous other BIOS's do exist, but these are the most common.
if (!window.netshel_ord) { netshel_ord=Math.random()*10000000000000000; } if (!window.netshel_tile) { netshel_tile=1; } document.write(''); netshel_tile++;
Some BIOS's allow you to require a password be entered before the system will boot. Some BIOS's allow you to require a password to be entered before the BIOS setup may be accessed.
The general categories of solutions to reset a BIOS password are:

  • Using a Backdoor BIOS Password
  • Resetting the BIOS Password using Software
  • Resetting the BIOS Password using Hardware
  • Vendor Specific Solutions for resetting the BIOS Password
Using a Backdoor BIOS Password Some BIOS manufacturers implement a backdoor password. The backdoor password is a BIOS password that works, no matter what the user sets the BIOS password to. These passwords are typically used for testing and maintenance. Manufacturers typically change the backdoor BIOS passwords from time to time.
AMI Backdoor BIOS Passwords Reported AMI backdoor BIOS passwords include A.M.I., AAAMMMIII, AMI?SW , AMI_SW, BIOS, CONDO, HEWITT RAND, LKWPETER, MI, and PASSWORD.
Award Backdoor BIOS Passwords One reported Award backdoor BIOS password is eight spaces. Other reported Award backdoor BIOS passwords include 01322222, 589589, 589721, 595595, 598598 , ALFAROME, ALLY, ALLy, aLLY, aLLy, aPAf, award, AWARD PW, AWARD SW, AWARD?SW, AWARD_PW, AWARD_SW, AWKWARD, awkward, BIOSTAR, CONCAT, CONDO, Condo, condo, d8on, djonet, HLT, J256, J262, j262, j322, j332, J64, KDD, LKWPETER, Lkwpeter, PINT, pint, SER, SKY_FOX, SYXZ, syxz, TTPTHA, ZAAAADA, ZAAADA, ZBAAACA, and ZJAAADC.
Phoenix Backdoor BIOS Passwords Reported Phoenix BIOS backdoor passwords include BIOS, CMOS, phoenix, and PHOENIX.
Backdoor BIOS Passwords from Other Manufacturers Reported BIOS backdoor passwords for other manufacturers include:
Manufacturer BIOS Password VOBIS & IBM merlin Dell Dell Biostar Biostar Compaq Compaq Enox xo11nE Epox central Freetech Posterie IWill iwill Jetway spooml Packard Bell bell9 QDI QDI Siemens SKY_FOX SOYO SY_MB TMC BIGO Toshiba Toshiba Remember that what you see listed may not be the actual backdoor BIOS password, this BIOS password may simply have the same checksum as the real backdoor BIOS password. For Award BIOS, this checksum is stored at F000:EC60.

The BIOS password can be reset on any system. Some systems are easy, others are more difficult. Any BIOS password can be reset with sufficient time, money and effort.

There may be one available as a block diagramme for a fee on a web site somewhere but that is not common.

Where can I purchase a replacement remote control for tv in WA

Exact OEM replacement remote you can try the manufacturer or www.replacementremotes.com. No store will carry what you are looking for, but you can find universal remotes in any electronic store on the planet. Wal-mart, RadioShack, BestBuy, etc. Whatever is closest to your location. Good rule of thumb is if they sell TVs, they sell universal remotes.

Button keeps blinking

It sounds like it could be either the battery is going bad and not holding a charge or the adapter is. I have had really good luck with similar problems going to places like Batteries +, and large electronic retailers, and my favorite the small local mom and pop computer store; where I end up asking them If I could try one of the adapters from the floor model to eliminate if is a faulty adapter. Other then that I'd if its not out of warranty contact Acers online chat support at http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/service

I've a acer laptop model no 4820T. In this touchpad option not working but left and right button was working.... wats the problem n wat to do? tel me soon............."

Try the following: Using your FN key and the F7 Key together it might work again. You could have toggled the touchpad off. If that does not work you have issues with either the touchpad or the operating system. Best of Luck.

Removing bluetooth chip

Without knowing what the desktop computer motherboard is, I\'d only be guessing as to location of Wi-Fi chipset.
However even if I knew the motherboard manufacturer name, and model number; the point is Moot.

A) You remove that Wi-Fi chip, and kiss the motherboard goodbye.
It\'s designed into the circuitry of the motherboard.

Isn\'t going to be jumper wires taking it\'s place, and making connections to circuit traces on the motherboard.

B) Do you have a wireless router?
Dunno.
Do you have a wireless connection set up?
No.

You can use just a LAN connection. (Hard wired)

C) Suggest if having a Bluetooth option on your motherboard is not an option then use a different motherboard that doesn\'t have that option.

How do i reset my computer to an earlier date?

Most computers have a RTC or "real time clock" in the BIOS. BIOS (or "Basic Input Output System") controls how data gets into and out from the processor (via keyboard, disk, etc.). Be careful making changes. The BIOS is normally only accessable when the computer is powered on or reset, and then only while performing the POST (or "Power On Self Test"). At this time your screen may display text describing memory, drives, controllers, etc. Some machine have a "silent boot" enabled which displays a manufacturer's graphic or logo instead of this data. It is during this time the the BIOS may be accessed. Depending on the manufacturer of your computer, a key (Delete, Escape, F1 or some other) or key combination (ALT + F1, ALT + S, or some other) will be needed. It is required to press the key or key combination prior to the Operating System loading message(s). This can be done be repeatedly pressing the key (or key combination) once every second (or two) during the POST. Holding the key(s) down the entire time - or pressing them too often will result in an error, and require starting over again.

Once the BIOS screen is presented, you will have to scroll the entire page(s) to find the clock. Most BIOS brands have more than just a single page of settings. Using the the up, down, left, right, PgUp, PgDn & Enter keys - navigate to the clock hours and minutes and adjust as needed. Make sure that you SAVE changes before exiting the BIOS screen. Upon exit, the computer will reboot with your settings.

Your Operating System may also provide a way for you to change the system time (and date) as well. Try clicking on the time / date to see if it will bring up a dialog box that allows you to make the change.

I hope this helps and good luck! If my answer was helpful, please rate it "4 thumbs up" Thanks!
