Question about Logitech Keyboards & Mice

My logitechLX7 mouse stopped working

It worked fine yesterday. Today, when I plugged in the bluetooth, which I do every morning, turned on the mouse, nothing. No movement of the mouse pointer. Don't know if it's a software problem or something in the mouse or the USB device. The litttle light on the bottom of the mouse still goes on like it always has.

Hi,There is a clashing of your Bluetooth driver with the keyboard/mouse driver,,
Take two steps---
a) Uninstall Bluetooth driver and reboot pc than…
b) Install your Bluetooth driver and make sure don’t over write file to any old existing file (at installation time).
Thanks

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Initially, since there is the light at the bottom of the mouse, then it is not a power/battery issue. Since this operates still using the USB port for its controller, then perhaps you may want to check the USB port of the computer. I doubt if it is a hardware issue. it is probably more a software/configuration. To verify, try another USB device such as a flash/thumbdrive or a digital camera or any other USB device and verify if they can be recognized. Alternately, re-install the software after an un-install or try the wireless mouse in another computer.

Just a start, do postback how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa.

After rebooting the PC problem solved or not?? If the mouse is of USB connector then try it to connect in different port and see if it recognised and work.

Let me know the status to further resolve the issue.

Vgp-bms33 laser mouse stops working at times might start back working again later but not all the time. i checked battery level and tryed new battery's still not working. it is working fine right now so...

To conserve your batteries, most of these mouse types have a "sleep mode". If it has, you need to press the scroll wheel or a side button to wake it up after being idle for a short time. Make sure your bluetooth receiver is not obscured by anything and perhaps re-pair it again to realign the frequency.

Mouse suddenly stopped working

I believe that you need to change your batteries on your mouse. If that doesn't helped and it is still in warranty try to turn it back from where you bought it and ask for repair or replace. Hope that helped!

My mouse Logitech Laser was working perfectly yesterday. This morning it doesn't. But the keyboard is fine. What do i do?I turned computer on off several time, i unplugged the USB that didn;t help

Remove the mouse from your computer and plug it back again and then power on your computer. If your mouse is usb then remove it and then power on your computer. Once your in the operating system enviroment, plug your usb mouse to get it detected by your computer. But if the mouse is detected and still it is not working then probably your mouse is defective. Bring it back to the store where you bought it and claim the mouse warranty. They will replace your mouse. Hope this could help you. Please don't forget to rate me..:-) Thanks..

Bluetooth mouse not working

you can turn off and on the Bluetooth and try it out. If not you might want to check your battery status.
Another option could be to re-pair it to the BT.

Have you tried re-setting the frequency for one of the devices? simply click the button on the infra-red unit then click the button on the back of keyboard and notice the infra-red unit stopped scanning.
