Re: upper and lower guides to the delta 4-822 need to...
I just ordered the same thing the other day for Rufkahrs.com....or Hardwaretree.com...It cost me 20$ after shipping and I received it in 4 days!!! I looked everywhere for these things..Delta said they were out of stock for a unknown amount of time.I am eight months preg and I just put these on myself in 5 minites..One thing is that it came with no instructions and no screws. Just standard screws needed and it was real easy to put together..Hope this helps..I looked for weeks for these things.

Hopefully - you shouldn't need a lot number. All of Delta's 4822 use the same hardware. You just need to know whether it is the right or left one (as you face the crib) and color. BUT - I wouldn't recommend re-installing a new part. To remove the old one, you had to un-screw it. Putting a new one in and using the same hole in the wood will make that screwed connection weaker and much more prone to unscrewing on its own, which can have deadly consequences. Ask Delta for a whole new drop side with the hardware already installed.
I have a Delta 5 in 1 Crib and I am having a hard time keeping the side rail up on the left side...... Pin doesn't seem to be working! How can I fix this very soon due to my second lil one on his way soon?????
Use archive.org to look on an old version of their website to see if later models use the same parts. (Check the manuals, they will have pictures). They were fine sending me parts for a 2001 crib today.
I went to the website www.deltaenterprise.com. You will have to have the country of origin, model number and the date of manufacturer or you can not get the parts. The phone number is 800-816-5304. I do not have fast you will get the parts. I called and did not have the country of origin so I will have to wait.
On the piece that supports the mattress, there should be a piece of paper attached to it. On there is a phone number, fax number, model number, order number, order date, and country the crib was made in. The phone number on mine for DELTA customer service is 718.385.8453. I don't know if it's still valid since my crib was made in 2004. However, it should give you a start. My husband called there two years ago and got new screws and things for our crib when they were lost during a military move. I hope this helps.
