Call your customer support officer (service provider) he will tell you what is the number.
Telecom companies have a unit called a UMS server (unified messaging server). These are configured by your service provider. UMS features an interactive voice response system for further instructions. These UMS boxes are responsible for storing and replaying your voice mail.

I have listened to all my messages but my handset still blinks and says new voice mail. How do I access those voice mails?

Do it from the Base Unit rather than the handset.

Still doing it?

Remove plug from base unit overnight and the batteries from the handset to reset it.

How do i retreive my voice mail messages

hold the #1 down until it dials your voice mail for you, then listen to messages. push 7 to erase one & push 9 to save one after you listen to them. Phone does not come with voice mail set up already, so if this is a new phone for you, you will have to dial 1 & hold button down until it rings & it will walk you through setting it up

I don't know how to set up voice message

If you mean setting up voice mail out-going message, then see below (for AT&T cell service). The phone will dial the voice mail center for you after you set it. Then it will check the number of messages on the system. Press Menu > Messaging > Settings. Then select Voice Mail and enter the phone number for the call center. Then press the AT&T button to exit.

To listen to the messages, press and hold 1 or press Menu > Messaging > Voice Mail. Then the number set above will be dialed.

To set up the voice mail box, start as you would for listening to the messages above. Note: you must use your wireless phone and be inside the AT&T coverage area.

To set up your voicemail box:

1. Follow the prompts to create and enter a 4- to 15-digit voicemail password.
2. Record your name and personal greeting, then press the # key
3. After completing the setup process, press * to return to the Main menu.

See http://www.wireless.att.com/answer-center/main.jsp?t=solutionTab&ft=browseTab&ps=solutionPanels&locale=en_US&_dyncharset=UTF-8&solutionId=52653&isSrch=Yes for more information.

For another provider, see their documentation.

To create a memo for yourself, press Menu > Tools > Voice Memo (or if using the advanced menu, Menu > My Stuff > Tools > Voice Memo). Then press Options > New (or Create New, if you have created one before). Press Re-rec to record and pause to momentarily stop recording. Press the AT&T button to stop recording. Press Play to play back a memo and the AT&T button to stop play-back.

I hope this helps.

How do I check my voice messages on my KX-T7453. It is not in the handbook.

True, it's not in the "handbook" because it's in the subcriber's guide to whatever voice mail system you have. Try looking for it, but in the meantime, dial 165 and see what happens. If it's a Panasonic brand TVx box, it should answer and either ask for a passoword or you'll be listening to messages.

The owner of the voice mail system, called the message manager, will have the password for mailbox 998. That's where general delivery messages get left sometimes. The system owner has the password for mailbox 999. That's the administrator's mailbox and it lets you change passwords and set up the dial by name directory.

Voice mail is full do not know how to empty it

Many people confuse voice mail with answering machines. Most of the time if you have voicemail that is provided by your phone company you will hear a stuttered dial tone when you pic up the reciever. If this is what you hear you should call the service provider and they will explain how to retreive your messages and delete the old ones. Are you able to listen to you messages? If you have voice mail, you do not need the answering machine turned on on your phone.

VOICE MAILBOX NOT ACTIVE

CF to voice mail may be as simple as pressing the FWD/DND button, or reading the manual and dialing the proper 720x code.

It may require some programming via the voice mail system.
Start by dialing 165, the usual VM access code, from your phone and listen to the prompt. If it says you have x messages or enter your password, then the mailbox is active.
