Look at it this way. The glass MUST be touching the pixelated screen under it, otherwise... it will not work. SO! first. try pushing it back in place.... other than that! you need a screen replacement... or you broke the bottom half of the key detection unit which will cost more than a new phone to replace.
After your receive your call, you need to do the following
1) Press the centre key (key on the phone not on the screen)
2) On the touch screen, you will see a speaker icon. Just press that.
It will switch the loud speaker ON.
It appens rarely, but if its frozen, you'll have to take the battery out to do a restart. Leave the battery out of the phone for 5 minutes before restarting. Its not recommended to do this very often, it can cause problems. But try it and if you get a problem try this: Take your SIM card out. Make sure your phone battery is fully charged. Press* 3 sendat the same time and turn the phone on. Keep them pressed until the reset screen appears.
Give it time to reset.
