Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have sent a fax twice but as soon as the 2nd (llast) page has gone through I get the message Line error and a Transaction Report is printed which states under the heading Note: COM.E-7 and the second time it was: COM.E-2.
Can you advise? Has my fax gone through?

Does your machine show anything on the confirmation report like fax number,duration, pages sent, etc. or is the image just not being printed. If you have properly programed machine to show image on the confirmation report. I don't see anything that will cause that except your origianls may not right side up/down.

Unplug the fax machine from the power outlet and allow it to reset for 30min. Then plug it back in to the power outlet. If this does not solve the problem, thencheck if the phone line between the fax machine and the wall is 'OK'.

4 Press the arrow down key to select Print Report.
5 Press the Enter key.
6 Press the arrow down key to select TX Transaction.
7 Press the Enter key.
8 Press the arrow down key to select when you want the report to print out.
The asterisk (*) in the message display indicates the current setting.
9 Press the Enter key. The setting for that report is complete.
> If you want to continue the setting procedure for other reports, repeat steps 6 - 9.
> If you want to perform other setting procedures, select End and then press the Enter key.
> If you are finished making settings, press the Reset key. The operation panel will return to the
initial mode settings.
