This is most common these days with some websites. You may have to search for this software you have downloaded from another site. You can use Google to help you out.

Check for updates or just update adoe flash player
Adobe Flash Player allows users to view videos made with Flash, a common online video format that can be viewed by both Mac and PC users.

Because technology is consistently emerging, Adobe frequently updates its Flash player. Downloading an update is free, and may be required in order to watch videos online.

You will need at least 128 MB of RAM available on your computer to update Flash player, and Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later for Windows XP, version 7.0 or later for Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 8.0 or later for Windows 7.

Open Internet Explorer and navigate to Adobe's Flash player download site.
Click the download link and follow the instructions on your screen.

Click "Allow" or "Install" if your security system asks if you want to download the file.
Avoid running other programs while the download is going on.

Flash player tests itself by showing you a brief video when the download is complete.
If you do not see this video, the player has not been successfully installed and you must try the download again.

When i try to open it. it will flash in and out and something will come up explorer unhandled exception..report file..save file..cancel

This sounds like a problem with an add on for Internet Explorer. If you have installed any toolbars, such as Google Toolbar, Ask.com Toolbar, or even the Bing toolbar, they should be removed.

To confirm that this is the problem, you should try this: Click on Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and click Internet Explorer no add-ons.

If you can browse without getting this message you it is one of the addons that you have installed. Usually addons for Internet Explorer are listed in the Add/Remove Programs list found in the control panel.

Another possibility is a virus or some other form of malware.
You can try running Spybot S&D (download)
and/or try running and installing a free anti virus program, if you do not have a program already.
One I recommend and use personally is Comodo Internet Suite

I have Windows XP on a fairly old computer (HP xt963). The MS Removal Tool(?) keeps popping up and saying my computer is infected with spyware/malware/etc. I am short on cash so I figured I would just...

When you power on your computer, in bios screen, press repeatedly F8 key until on screen it's appeared options to choose normal start or safe mode. From that list choose "Last known good configuration", after that you can choose an earlier restore point for your computer, before MS Removal Tool have been instaled.

Internet explorer

Ugh, I never liked Internet Explorer because of both its limited capabilitys and limited user interface issues. http://www.mozilla.com I suggest Firefox, because i have used it since the very first version after having problems of similiar nature with IE. Otherwise, it may just be the fact that the website you are trying to download the files from are just so over-worked with massive information requests that they cant handle the total requests and ask that you try again later.
