Psp regional code

Commercial DVDs are released with region codes that restricts in which part of the world they can be played. Consumer DVD players sold in those regions are pre-configured with the correct region code for the given sales area. The United States, Canada, Bermuda, and U.S. territories are region 1. Europe (except Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus), The Middle East, Egypt, Japan, South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Greenland and region 2.

this is probably because the movies and/or the psp were not bought (or downloaded) in the same place. try changing your psp location settings if you can.

you have a psp movie with a different country code not compatible with your psp (i.e. The Holy Grail (UK) on a U.S. Psp)

you just cant play those movies because the region code is not the same as on your psp try to get movies with the same region code

Depending on what country your system is made in it will have a certain region code. Most movies are also region coded and if those region codes do not match then you cannot play that movie. You cannot change the region code on any system unless it is opened up and modified

well buddy u brought PSP frm Dubai and frm wer did u buy the Movie UMD.if its not frm Dubai it wont work.well there  r other ways to work it out like change the Firm wire.all these changes wont assure that it show work.better buy UMD frm wer u brought the  PSP

the other way round is to remove the Firmwire of Sony and Load the Firm wire of ND33.after u have dont this any UMD will work.

yes the sony dvd players is made for certain regions it wont play other discs that are not either region one or two new zealand i think is region 3

regional code means the country that it is from

the only way to correct it is to get a custom firmware on ur psp
