Question about Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 for PC
I am using outlook 2003, i can receive emails on my laptop no problem, but cannot send them.
But there is an exception, when i take my laptop into work i can send email to other computers in the office so i figured that was because we are on the same network.
When sending to an address outside our office i get an instant reply telling me "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients."
"Relaying denied. IP name possibly forged [xx.xxx.xxx.xx]
Any help will be much appreciated.
i am able to receive e mails and see the content but cannot send one as after create e mails e mails are not being generated and attachments are not being made

As a test, try temporarily disabling any anti-virus or firewall software you're using, then try again. If it goes through fine with AV/firewall disabled, there is probably a setting in your software that needs to be changed.
