MY HTC S710 UNABLE TO BOOT BECAUSE IT WAS TURNED OFF AFTER THE ALERT MESSAGE CAME THAT THE BATTERY IS LOW IF NOT RECHARGED DATA WILL BE LOST .SINCE I WAS IN AN AREA WITH NO ELECTRICITY.WHEN I RECHARGED IT I TRIED TO SWITCH IT IS NOT BOOTING ONLY THE HTC LOGO IS STUCK.
Voldown, central key and reset botom at the same time, then text
appear, choose number 1 for restore manufacturer default pressing volup
or 2 for restore munufacturer default and format moviMand pressing
voldown and wait a few seconds.

The battery is
flat. If the battery is very
flat sometimes the phone will not start charging or turn on even when a power
cable is connected. This worked for me: - Remove battery - Insert power
cable/usb cable - Orange charge
light should start flashing - Re-insert battery - Leave phone charge
for a couple of hours - Turn on
Its probably your service provider that restricts that service to you. I have had instances where i can't send a message and i found out that i did not have that feature on my service plan. Otherwise you shouldn't have any problem sending and receiving messages. See if that helps.
hi prasath i am using the same handset just let me know is ur handset is properly app unlocked and one more thing that error is about ur gprs settings .Currently i am using Vodafone Gprs and i have manually configured gprs settings .if u wamt more info just send me an email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and use opera mini instead of winwap it works great on dash
