Question about Panasonic KX-TA308 Phone
This message is continually flashing on the main switchboard phone. How can I get rid of it ?
Fix the printer. If you don't have or never had a printer or data capture device, then the quickest way, I think, is to turn off the phone sytsem, wait 20 seconds, and turn it back on.
We have a lot of TD systems but never have this problem until someone trys to print a report to the missing printer (802 programming commands).
If you are in a motel or some other facility that uses the printer for billing you will lose all calls in the buffer. You may also have some sort of data capture device that you will see connected to the cabinet's DB-25 connector on the side of the box. Try to trace out where the cable goes and see if that unit is still working.
