1. Make sure that the disc is not dirty or scratched. Try to clean the disc.
2. Check the ribbon for any dirt or broken connector or try to change it with a new one.
3. Check the player was properly upgraded according to the CD that was using.
4. Check the motor and lens, try to the clean the lens or replace it with a new one.
5. Try to restore the default settings and factory settings with the remote control.
6. Check for proper voltage in mainboard and power supply especially the +5volts.
7. Check for any bloated capacitor in the power supply or mainboard
8. Check the servo IC or replace it.
