If the computer was working properly few hours/days back... then you can try it by restoring the windows to an earlier time by booting it in the safe mode.

How to go in the safe mode < click

How to restore the system>

To use System Restore to restore Windows XP to a previous state, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to Windows as Administrator.
  2. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click System Restore. System Restore starts.
  3. On the Welcome to System Restore page, click Restore my computer to an earlier time (if it is not already selected), and then click Next.
  4. On the Select a Restore Point page, click the most recent system restore point in the On this list, click a restore point list, and then click Next.

Note A System Restore message may appear that lists configuration changes that System Restore will make. Click OK.
  5. On the Confirm Restore Point Selection page, click Next. System Restore restores the previous Windows XP configuration, and then restarts the computer.
  6. Log on to the computer as Administrator. The System Restore Restoration Complete page is displayed.
  7. Click OK.
If you successfully restored your computer to a previous state, and the computer is performing as it should be, you are finished.

If the restore process completed successfully but the computer is still not performing as you want then its recommended to repair the windows.

But if the phone totally just lights ON with out any response, possibility is the software or firmware crash, updating the software on the internet is not possible because the phone needs to boot in normal mode first before trying to update, on your phone case.it is already stack up so the computer or the software itself might not able to recognize the phone.

* To update or program the mobile firmware, it will be possible to revive with the use of gsm gadget and only service center are well provided of gadgets.

Hello,
There is actually no easy fix about this issue. Not even a possible way of bypassing the BIOS password. Normally re-flashing the BIOS software should fix it but it is done by the manufacturer and thus these kind of problems are normally tagged or considered tampering.

Assuming Win-XP? ... When the computer is booting up (before windoes graphics) keep on tapping the F8 key to boot into safe mode. You should then be able to identify what is stopping Windows from booting properly.

- Have you just installed any software / drivers?
- Check the error logs and device manager to see if anything is wrong

Good Luck
