Cell phone battery loses charge as soon as i stop charging it

Surely you have a right to a refund or exchange if it is faulty. Check with your local Trading Standards or Consumer Protection. Tell the shop you are doing this, they might change their ideas.

Unlock my motorola razr V3m cell phone

try all the defaults the last four digits of the phone number last programmed to the phone then standards defaults for all phones are 9999,1234,4321,0000,1111 if none are successful you will have to hook the phone to a charging station which is at the verizon wireless store I do believe they still have the software if they dont they will need to replace the phone either by upgrade to a verizon phone (two year contract) or activating an old phone you own or bought online elsewhere or got from a friend etc. or insuarnce claim which is fifty bucks and they give you the same model i have to say of all the razors thats the good one so if you do go with insuarnace i wouldnt accept anything else they might throw at you as comparible its not

Motorola razr v3 wont charge, the bettery is not that old the phone beeped to signal charge requred, plugged it in as usual but cant turn it back on.

If the charger is plugged in, the phone is hooked to it, and it still will not come on, I would think it's a charger or electrical outlet problem.  I think most phones will bypass the battery power if they are plugged into an outlet, so try another wall plug, and if that wasn't it, try a different charger.  If a different outlet and charger don't solve it, it may be time to take it to the store to be checked.

Wont charge

your charging port is loosely connected to *********** board. You need to go to a repair shop and get it fixed.

Battery not holding a charge

Hi try this I had a new Blackberry which required charging every single day, take out battery and press and hold the on button on the phone for a min, then put battery back in and try charging again! mine is perfect now again.

Somebody told me that it's to do with static or something that builds up and flattens the batt.

Staying charged

I hate it when that happens! Batteries for cell phones these days are designed to only last about a year, and then the life will slowly decline from there. However, you seem to just have a faulty battery.

If you bought your phone through Verizon, they have a limited battery warranty program that lasts for one year. You can go to your nearest Verizon store and have them replace it, but make sure you bring your charger as well, they may want to just troubleshoot and test to make sure your charger isn't the problem.

If you are far from a Verizon store, or did not purchase your phone through them, you can purchase the batteries very cheap on ebay.. You wouldn't believe the markup on them!

Razr V3M Power-up/Black Screen

I ended up having to take my phone back to Verizon.  They replaced it with a brand new one because they were unable to find the problem.
