Where can I get a copy of the factory manual, or one that some geek's wrote that offers more great ideas, and extra info, or help ? to be able to use it, and or operate it. Please send to my email ( [email protected] )

The YP-P2 did not come with a manual for me, so I assume that none of them come with it (possibly to save money). You can download the manual on Samsung's website. Here is a link to the yp-p2 download page. and if you would like great ideas to do with it, go to the forums of anythingbutipod.com, they offer great advice and can be nice and helpful.

I am looking for a charger cable for a Samsung 512 MB Digital Audio Player YP-T7JX (Blue/Silver). I need the one that hooks to the computer usb port.

Looking on eBay, a good place to see what's available, gives;

There are cheaper ones from reasonable sellers,but the couple I looked at ship only to USA/Canada'
It has a good picture picture of what you are looking for.
It is a USBa to mini USB, used to connect many MP3 players and small external hard drives

You should be able to find one at any electronics store and yes, you should be asking for a data cable.

That said, you should be able to access the P2 just like a disk drive when you plug it in. The software allows for some conversion and you may find it simpler to use, but in general you can just copy files to the appropriate folder to have MP3s or Videos copied over.

Changing the color of my display screens

download the firmeware archive from samsung k3 mp3 site. http://www.samsung.com/us/support/download/supportDown.do?group=&type=&subtype=&model_nm=YP-K3JAB&language=&cate_type=all&dType=D&mType=FM&vType=&prd_ia_cd=03040200&disp_nm=YP-K3JAB&model_cd=&menu=download
-unzip these files to your deskpot
-choose the blue unziped file in your deskpot, copy it with a right click, now conect the mp3 player, go to my computer; look for the k3 device (double click) and paste in it the file doing right clik. once copied you can disconect the device and re-start it. the screen color will change to blue.

I bought a Samsung YP-U3 . It had the installation cd .When plug to usb port It's charging but it shows disconnected...the samsung media studio and my pc don't recognise it, allways ask new samsung YP-U3 found. when i give the path to cd it dint get. Please help me....

Navigation Pad Won't Work

No... the keypad sensors can only be fixed by relacing the actual touch/keypad itself (unless you're a techy, and have access to a service manual???). If this unit was purchased NEW by previous owner less than 12mnths ago, then it is still under Samsung's factory warranty. If so, this repair may be covered under warranty, and parts are actually available ex Korea (if they don't have already). Good luck.
