Question about Dual Electronics N99i Cellular Phone
Its not saying who my txt is from just the phone number even though all the contacts are in there.Frustrating!
Simply change the contact number example 09278431211 change it to +639278431211 and save it you will start seeing the names of the people who sent a message

Press the lefts soft key
Scroll down to the message you want (even though you can't see, take a quess)
Press the right soft key
Press Right soft key then 1 to go to your contacts (type in the name, press done then the left soft key)
To send to your email, press the left soft key, press 2 then enter in the address.
Clicking 1 twice gives you the @ sign and clicking 1 once will give you a .
You're phone guide gives you most of this information. I'm having the same problem, except my key pad is a bit messed up as well, makes it more difficult for me.
