Question about Belkin Wireless Cable/DSL Gateway Router
After buying a refurb PC to be base station for WIFI network I connectedBelkin Cable Router - all worked fine for 4 days until last night. Tried to access internet this a.m. = error message website unavailable. Did the Cable Modem re boot - no good. Have switched router off and back on - no good. Now working on internet as stand alone PC is connected to Cable modem direct without router. ANY SUGGESTIONS - Apart from return Router to retailer?
I would try a hard reset of the router to reinstall the original settings. Then reconfigure and test again. If ther is no change then as you probably suspect the router has failed. Let us know if you have any other questions and please don't forget to rate this posting.
