How do I reload staples into my Xerox WorkCentre 7530?

You did not indicate finisher? Xerox MFPs' come with the most finishing options of any manufacturer.... I included instructions for all of them below. Enjoy!
Solution : Load Staples in the Professional Finisher With Booklet Maker The stapler in the booklet maker uses two Staple Cartridges labeled R2 and R3. Booklet stapling requires that both Staple Cartridges be free of jammed staples.
WARNING: Do not perform this procedure when the printer is copying or printing.
  1. Make sure the printer has stopped copying or printing.
  2. Open the Finisher Front Door.

  3. Squeeze the orange R2 and R3 levers together and pull the Staple Cartridge unit out of the Finisher until it stops.

NOTE: The Staple Cartridge unit does not detach from the Finisher.

  4. Grasp the orange tabs on both sides of the Staple Cartridge and lift the cartridge out of the Staple Cartridge Unit.

  5. Push the new cartridge into the Staple Cartridge Unit.

  6. If no jammed staples are found, repeat step 4 - 6 for the other Staple Cartridge.
  7. When finished, return the Staple Cartridge Unit to its original position.

  8. Close the Finisher Front Door.

Solution : Load Staples in the Main Stapler of the Professional Finisher NOTE: Using Staple Cartridges other than the recommended staples may impair quality and performance. Only use only Staple Cartridges recommended for this Finisher.
WARNING: Do not perform this procedure when the printer is copying or printing.
  1. Make sure the machine has stopped copying / printing.
  2. Open the Finisher Front Door.

  3. Grasp the orange R1 lever on the Staple Cartridge and push it to the right.

  5. Check inside the Finisher and remove any loose staples.
  6. Pinch both sides of the staple case and remove the staple case from the cartridge.
  7. Insert the front side of the new staple case into the Staple Cartridge, then push the rear side into the cartridge.
  8. Grasp the orange tabs on the cartridge, and then insert the cartridge into the Finisher until it click into position.
  9. Close the Finisher Front Door.
Solution : Load Staples in the Booklet Maker of the Optional Office Finisher LX NOTE: The Booklet Maker uses two staple cartridges. Booklet stapling requires that both staple cartridges contain staples.
WARNING: Do not perform this procedure when the printer is copying or printing.
  1. Make sure the printer has stopped copying or printing.
  2. Open the Finisher Side Cover.

  6. Grasp the cartridge by the orange handle and insert the cartridge back into the stapler until it clicks into position.
  7. Close the Front Cover.

NOTE: If the Front Cover is not completely closed a message will be displayed. The machine will not operate if the cover is even slightly open

Why do multiple copies sometimes staple together as one set instead of multiple sets?

I don't know how/why, but if you set the Print settings (main print screen) to non-collate and the Printer Properties (clicking in to get to the staple option) to collate, it works correctly, stapling each set individually.

KONICA MINOLTA C450 VXL Printer - When stapling multiple copies it staples all the copies together rather than each one separately as required. I use vista operating system.

There is an issue with the Konica Print Driver and the MS Print Driver. If Collate is turned on in both the drivers, you will get this problem.

The solution is to turn off Collate on one of the Drivers. Usually you will have an initial Print Dialog window that pops up when you can select your printer, how many copies and if to collate or not. De-select Collate. Then you should also see Preferences Tab. If you select that tab, select Collate and Staple, your print jobs should now Collate and Staple correctly.
