"Unable to read disc" Wii

Your Wii most likely has a problem with the system that reads the disks. If you system is under warranty, you should be able to get it replaced or fixed at no charge, since it is Nintendo's problem. 

I would suggest canned air. most cd/dvd read errors are caused by dust or smudges on the media.

If Wii gives Disc Read Error, first step you need to check is totry another disc or clean the exisitng disc. This will confirm thatproblem is with either Wii or Disc.
