Hi, sorry but it's not possible to use the phone as a modem as this has no packet data and can only be used for GSM, calling and texting only. If ever you need to use a phone as a modem, buy one that has 3G and GPRS.
first of alll go to device manger in pc and then go to modems section there u can find ur phone modem listed there . then right click ur phone modem and select properties then go to advanced tab . there u can find a column named as extra initialization commands if something is wrtten inside that column delete it and select ok . then clear cache of ur cell phone . restart ur phone and pc and try
