I just received 2 copiers that have been moved and stored for a while, they both produce blank copies, the scanner doesn't seem to be moving but is in the unlocked position, the paper is facing in the right position, no error codes. They don't appear to have been abused. What else can I check?
The first thing to check is the toner cartridge - if it's been stored for a long time the toner may have deteriorated or solidified. Try shaking or replacing the cartridge, and if this doesn't work it could be either the drum or developer.
THERE ARE TWO CORONA THAT PRODUCES BLANK COPIES, ONE IS IN THE DRUM UNIT ON TOP OF THE DRUM UNIT. THE OTHER IS IF YOU STAND IN FRONT OF THE COPIER OPEN THE COVER TO THE RIGHT, THERE IS A WIRE LOOKS LIKE A GUITAR STRING IF IT IS BROKEN OR MISSING, NEED TO REPLACE. GOOD LUCK

I have the same problem. The copier gives me back blank paper. It doesn't print.
