Well it should be one of two things either you do not have a good connection to your monitor cables or you have a faulty video card. It would be the only thing that would cause this.

Can you see any light on your computer? Or hear your computer running? Have you tried turning of the power and turning it back on? Also check if the cables on the back of your monitor are still firmly connected. as well on the computer side.
Listen for the computer if it makes any kind of sounds when you turn it on.

Computer screen messed up after connecting to a Projector.

Sounds like your screen resolution has gotten changed. Plug your VGA cable in and reset it to 1024x768. Then with the laptop on remove the VGA cable. When you connect your laptop to other devices like that, make sure you are not setting the resolution to the same as the TV.

You need to adjust the hibernation / sleep mode in control panel / power options. Set hard disk to never and the monitor to whatever. I prefer to disable all.

My 1992 yamaha virago turn signels and horn stoped working, I need to know what where and how to fix this, is it a fuse? If so where are the fuses? I'm on the road and I need to figure it out, thank u

hows it goin, check the fuse box, it is under the seat. if no fuses are blown, check the horn and flasher unit/Flasher relay connections. I think you have to separate problems.

Faster internet connection might be a good idea, but if you don't want the increased monthly bill more RAM could never hurt. How old is your computer? Maybe the processor is a little slow too.

Computer turns on but does not boot windows, no bios screen

As you seem to not be a total novice with electronics, I would suggest you try unplugging everything with in the computer apart from the big plastic (Molex) connector from the power supply.

So unplug hard drive, cd/dvd drive, all pci cards, monitor and any memory.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PC IS OFF WHEN DOING THIS AND TURN OFF AT THE MAINS>

Turn your pc back on, you will hear a beep, nothing to worry about, its because you have nothing connected yet.

One by one start to connect the components back in the unit.

All this is doing is fault finding to see if its hardware related.

might be worth connecting your hard drive 1 at a time if you have more than 1 but the one with your operating system needs to go in first.

Add the ram 1 stick at a time aswell incase it the memory thats gone faulty.

Just remember to be careful with static if you can..

Check your graphics card aswell if you have added one:

Everything that I have read so far points to a graphics card failure..
