From your description you have a display issue, you can hook a monitor to the video output to rule out the video graphics chip, if okay! the LCD screen on the laptop will need to be replaced, you can check prices at www.ebay.com type make and model of laptop, refine search to screen.

1. Well this one is pretty simple. Since you are not supposed to trim the length trim the width instead.

to make the perimeter 0.4 m shorter cut the cloth by 0.2 m width the picture will make it clear.

2. let the length of rectangle be x cm

and breadth = 20 cm

now original perimeter = 2(x+20) cm

new length = x-30 cm

breadth remains same = 20 cm

new perimeter = 2(x-30+20) cm = 2(x-10) cm

According to question

new perimeter = old perimeter /2

2(x-10) = 2(x+20) /2

2x -20 = x + 20

x = 40 cm

hence length of longer side 40 cm.

In right triangle we are making 90 degree angle triangle, we can have problem for finding hypotenuse or finding sin or cos values of the side of the triangle.
For ex,Find out the hypotenuse, sin and cos value of the right triangle with base 4 cm and perpendicular 3 cm
Solution:Hypotenuse = SQRT(4^2 + 3^2)
=SQRT(4*4 + 3*3)
=SQRT(16+9)=SQRT(25)=5 cm
For right triangle,
sin(x)=3/5=0.6
cos(x)=4/5 =0.8

have you tried the soft reset yet?

take out the battery and let stand in freezer (put in plastic bag to keep out moisture) for 10 mins.

hold down the switch key wich is right above the escape key on the left side of the screen. and hold down the power button till she turns on. once you get the usb symbol in the upper right turn it back off and it should run like normal.

If the distance is 2 cm longer than the short side of a right triangle then the lengths could then be assumed as:

Right triangle A/B = 3 cm

A/C = 1 cm

B/C = 3 cm

Right triangle A/B = 3 cm

A/C = 1 cm

B/C = 3 cm

press the yellow button on the copier. Then press the 107 keys. Press and hold the clear button. Then the service code screen will appear.

Goto sp5 first then choose the 810 button from the screen. You will probably have to page down to find the 810 key.

I encountered the same problem but was able to fix it. Just don't know if it's just temporary. Go to tools, control panel, other, set up wizard, tap yes, tap the second button before cancel, keep on clicking to the right direction until the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 appears. Tap the center of each number until blinking stops, save settings. For the first few steps you may use the jog dial found on the left side of the phone if the touch screen does not follow your tappings.

I have the same problem with my new N810. Rakeshjobs20, did you replace yours or found a solution?

This seems to be a hardware related problem. Got a new n810 by warrranty. That seems to work ok. Maybe there's a quality issues with these screens or something...

at first it was just a vertical line about 1/2 a centimeter wide, but now the whole screen is screwed up
