The adapter says DC8.4 1.1A (Max)When the camera is plugged into the power supply,(adapter) the small indicator light will flash momentarily, and then nothing.

Currently looking into a new adapter and have contacted the Sony Corp in New York, and am waiting a reply. It is disturbing because without this camera in working order, we at this post office are limited in what services we can provide.

SOURCE: Computer won't recognise camera to download images

** Problem Solved **

I found it wasn't the camera entirely to blame. I tried another USB cable on another pc, and although the camera was doing the same thing as my problem, the computer recognised the camera as new hardware, and asked me how to access the pictures. So I was able to get the pictures from the camera to the computer, and then saved them on to my Kingston flash drive. So taking the flash drive to my daily PC, I plugged in my flash drive via a USB extension lead, and discovered that would read either... alarm bells rang. So I unplugged the lead, and put the flash drive straight into the computer direct. The computer recognised it immediately. So plugging in the extension lead again, and the flash drive, it read this now. So I tried the camera, and it recognised it.

So I don't know exactly what the problem was, but it was solved... saved me a lot of running around and money ;)

SOURCE: Busy message keeps flashing...wont upload photos

I posted with the same problem. I was reading the software guide that came with my camera. I ended up going to the menu on the camera and setting the camera's communication. It worked! I can now upload my pictures to my computer again.

SOURCE: camera will not connect with PC to download pictures

Hi I am vortash .. check for damage on your download lead and around the camera plug interface .. check that the drivers are still installed and reinstall them to make sure ... if you have a sd card installed remove it as it may be lose in the socket and the camera is trying to read it and can't .. check your batteries are ok .. try it on another computer .. if all this fails sounds like the camera interface has broken constant plugging in and out can sometimes cause problems with a loose plug .. hope tthis helps Regards Vortash

SOURCE: red flashing light on battery indicator on the loading dock.

My Z760 does the same thing. When that happens I run the battery completely down by taking pictures until it shuts down. Then when I put it on the dock it charges properly. Don't leave your camera on the dock all the time and don't try to always keep the battery fully charged--instead it will develop memory and think it needs to be fully charged to run and will give you a low battery signal earlier than it should. Wait until you actually get a low battery signal before charging and it should help, but mine will still give me the red light sometimes. Then I run the battery out like I said before. I hope this information helps. :-)

I use this for fitness classes. After 1or 2 songs -the music starts cutting out the power is still on the passport and i know my ipod is working correctly - what could be the problem ?

How is the iPod connected at the class?

The VIP channel will override the signal if a mic is connected.

Are you using the same cable for dance AND home?

Is the ipod getting interference at the class from a wi-fi signal?

See attachment. It might help. https://classrooms.at.ufl.edu/wp-content/uploads/portable-pa-system.pdf

Why do the fuses keep blowing

The obvious answer is that it is pulling too much current. The cause could be many things. First thing to look for is usually capacitors going bad followed by shorted transistors.
There no easy answers to this problem.
Often you can locate a shorted capacitor by looking for one with a bulging end or electrolite leaking.

I have been sent a picture message on my phone but no camera or internet, how can I view it on line from my computer

Hello

You should have received either a "sync" cable or a "USB charging" cable with your phone. Depending on the model phone and the type of computer you have, you can use this cable to connect your phone to your PC and then access the photo.

On your phone, go to the picture message and save the photo to your phone memory card.

Use the USB or Sync cable and connect it to your phone and then your PC. Let the PC recognize the phone and load the software (this may be different for a Mac).

Once the PC recognizes the phone, you can open WINDOWS EXPLORER and then browse to the cell phone and look at the files stored on the memory card.

Photos are typically saved in folders named (DCIM - short for Digital Camera IMages). Look for the photo. When you find it, you can simply right click the file name and COPY it then go to your Desktop and, again, right click an empty space and choose SAVE.

This will copy the photo to your PC Desktop.

Is it a lost passport? year 1995 ipinalakad ko sa agency ang pag aayos ng passport ko. pero di ko na nakuha sa agency ang passport ko, pero ready for pick up na raw sya..

Hi there.

What usb device do I need to take photos into pc

Your Model of digital camera supports usb connectivity.
If your manufacture has provided you USB cable at the time of purchase, You can connect the camera to the PC and transfer your photos easily to the pc.

If your manufacturer has not provided you the USB cable you need to buy the compatible USB cable for PC connectivity from the store.

There is one more alternate option, You can also buy a "Memory card Reader" By using this you can also transfer the photos stored in the memory card to the PC.

I suggest you to use the USB cable.

I am sure this information was helpful.

Rate my solution.
