Question about iRiver H10 MP3 Player
I had a message on my h10 saying "some files missing" go to www.iriver.com, i did and was told to download a firmware i did so and followed the procedure given. when told to disconnect the H10 i did and a message came up on the H10 saying busy do not disconnect. since then it will not turn on. the battery was on full power. Please help
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
