Question about Taylor Dgtl Body Fat Scale
All of the profiles on my scale are already used--how do I change one to add my new height to it? Help!
You can remove the 3V lithium battery from the bottom to zero out all the other users. Once you put the battery back in place the scale on your kitchen counter, table or other easy to use height. Push the "set" button and a number "1" or any other combination of the total "4" users. As the number appears for the user hold the button down for approximately 7-8 seconds until height appears. Now you can push the appropriate "UP" or "DOWN" button on the left until it hits your desired height.
Hit set one more time and it is ready for use. If there are more than four profiles in the scale just use the simple BMI [Body Mass Index] chart at www.xanga.com/.../?id=1420222722
These charts that are the absolute top physical picture of health to many people are unrealistic. One of my doctors told me I had to adhere to the BMI Chart yet here he is 60 lbs. overweight. The only time I matched the chart was when I was released from the US Army at 182 lbs. and 6'2". In the service I was running 15 miles in the morning and another 10 miles at dusk. Due to spinal degeneration I cannot do anything that Earth shattering.
Over the past three months I have dropped 40 lbs. from 289 to 249. A smart diet and exercise are the only true remedy. There are any quick fixes. I hope to lose more but I guess I'll have to wait until the snow thaws for those nice 1.5 mile walks in the morning and evening. At present I'm doing lunges with a 20 lb. bar, isometric exercise and medium free weights, 15-20 lb. barbells for curls and stretches. I wish you the best in keeping fit. Long explanation - I hope it was of some help, if not email me - ok? Until next time -
Peace and Good Health to You and Your Family,

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
