Question about Philips SA3025/37 Flash MP3 Player
Its pretty straight forward and I have included directions below but be sure to check out your user manual here. There are some pretty neat things your player can do that my iPod cant (like record songs from any FM radio station. Pretty awesome).
1. connect the USB cable that came with your player to the mini USB port at the bottom of the player and the other end into your PC. Note: The player will start to charge as soon as you connect it.
2. The player appears as a USB mass storage device in Windows Explorer. Simply go to your desktop or the start button and click on MY COMPUTER. You will see your phillips as drive e:/ (most likely)
3. Open a new Windows Explorer window that holds your music files.
4. Simply highlight, then drag and drop the songs into your device.

Don't drag songs into the media player!!!! software!!!
open your 'my music' file in one window and then go to 'E: drive or whatever drive your media player is on in 'my computer' in the other window and drag from 'my music' file to 'E: drive for phillips device....it is easy but is made to be difficult. i tried one file and then listened to it on the device and it works....the media converter will hose you up!!!! and the instructions isn't too good either!!!

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
