Problem for GoVideo (VR3845) DVD Recorder / VCR Combo

My unit (VR3845) once the unit is turned on the display shows "please wait" and will stay in that state while the unit is powered on. It all took place when I perform an upgrade from govideo website. upgrade was an iso image and not hard to burn or perform task on the Govideo VR3845. I had no luck with finding and authorize repair shop. I have also been unsuccessful contacting Govideo. I see there products for sale but no support what so ever. Contact number is DEAD and can not get a return e-mail from Govideo. Anyone know how to re-install the software?

Hi there,

My system vr3845 stays at "please wait" and will not go any further and other that this the dvd drivewont upen so i'm stuck.Please help.Thanks

Had the unit for overnight adn the next day still sits on that same screen. Where is the software to download and re-install the application at. Go to be software depot somewhere or can you install a different software?
