Check if your webcam has a ring on the front of the lens you can turn to focus. Then go to the free webcam test site where you can see yourself, and turns the ring until you sharpen the image.

Blurring during realtime movement


Try a different USB port if you can.
Check the lighting, to make sure you do not have "low light" conditions, that will affect the picture in a similar way.
Check the focus ring on the front to make sure it is set right.

My Logitech . web cam shows blurred image loking whitish. i have tried adjusting the knob but to no avail. what should i do?


Did you try cleaning the lens? If so, try adjusting the camera's settings by browsing to your webcam software and alter the sharpness settings. Other variables if given such as gamma and bandwidth may also help to provide a clearer image.

How do you adjust the focusing lens on Logitech E1000?


if that cam has the outer ring surrounding the lens... you just turn it in either direction... till it is adjusted the way you like

the outer ring that's a different colour then the cam itself turns to focus it. try that
