Ok, what is happening is the laptop is trying to boot from the ethernet port, what you have to do is go into the bios (this is usually F2 on boot) and change the boot order to hard drive, save settings and exit the bois screen, the pc should now boot to windows

kind regards and please don't forget to rate us

There is a problem with the hard drive and it may need replacing, the reason its trying to boot from PXE is that the machine cannot detect the HDD, and is looking for other boot devices. 1st place you need to look is your hard drive

    kind regards

Are you on a company network ?

As I said if you are, then booting from a network may be part of your company system.

If it is just a home computer then you have other issues which could range from something as simple as a faulty hard drive cable to a dead hard drive.

If it is a company computer on a full lan then turn boot from network back on and see if it will boot. if not then te server that has the boot source may have an error or the lan may have issues.

The system is not finding any bootable media (Hard Drive) and is attempting to boot via the network card (PXE Boot) the error message is saying that there is not PXE network to boot from and it is exiting the process.
Generally, this is caused by a hard Drive failure. Reseat the drive and or drive connections and see if the system will find the hard drive.

The error message means that your system is trying to boot from LAN ie... Network boot enabled in your BIOS.

Since the system can't find any where to boot from. It is restarting.

Also probably your bootloader on the harddrive is corrupt. Please reinstall the operating system using a CD/DVD.

Wile I am trying to boot it up it goes in to a loop

Hello.

That error message usually refers to a hard disk failure. Your hard disk cable could be loose or faulty. Or, your hard drive would need to be replaced.

I'd suggest to check the cable and run your system's hardware diagnostics (often F2 or F12) when your system boots.

Hope this helps.

Try going into bios utility and check to see if there is a HDD enable option. If not, find another pc and burn a bootable bios disc with the original bios.
