Question about Janome Memory Craft 10000
When embroidering a design, it seems that the bobbin-thread is covering the embroidery-thread on the frontside of the cloth, this problem has been increasing from no failure tillnow: almost no embroidery-thread is visible, i have tried to change the needle to a new, that didn't solve the problem. Sounds like a bobbin tension problem. Check to see if a small thread is caught in the bobbin case or try a new bobbine

Just an FYI-the bobbin thread needs to match your top thread. The majority of the thread that appears in the top of your embroidery actually IS the bobbin thread. The machine is working correctly. Don't use a bobbin full of white thread-instead, thread a bobbin with the color your doing the embroidery work in to match and you will have a perfectly beautiful embroidery.
