USB Hub port

Try to charge my kids MP3 players and get USB device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port. When clicking the icon, a reset button comes up and I can click that to reset it, but when I plug the mp3 player back in, I get the same message. Can't get it figured out, any suggestions? - Have tried over a dozen times. Have tried to reload the software from the disc but it does not work. It is a JVC mp3 player.

not sure which mp3 player you have but some will reset to default factory settings if you allow battery to completely drain then fully recharge.try it i find they "unlock"8 out of 10 times.richardm69
