Regarding my Averatec 3300 laptop. I keep getting disconnected when I’m on line. When I send an error report to Microsoft, it comes back saying the problem was caused by Intel pro wireless 2200BG software. When I go to Intel to download updated software, Intel says to contact Laptop manufacturer. I can’t find software downloads on the Averatec site, only driver downloads. I sent an email to Averatec and never received a reply. Please help.
