HP 3820 blinking lights
I changed the cartridges on an HP 3820 and the lights began to blink. I found an HP website that said there were broken parts, there were none. I found another HP website that said to power down and power up (cycle), that did not work. I disconnected and cycled the computer and printer, that did not work. I've checked everything else but still the lights blink.
