Question about Computers & Internet
I dropped my HP DV8000 from about 4inches to the concrete and crashed my hard drive...to make a long story short...it will not play DVD's anymore...it says the video codec is not available...HELP!
I guess you need to replace the DVD player now. it may not show any damaged sign on the out side. the laser inside of the dvd player most likely suffered damage.
