Have tried to download music and it keeps coming up format not supported. the suffle does not want to be shut off.
All you have to do is go to your settings and on play mode. it will say repeat 1 or repeat all. on there it will show shuffle.
but the adjustments will be there.
I am not sure about why the shuffle will not shut off, but you can check out your user manual here.
As for the songs, just keep in mind that anything with copyright protections (like a lot of songs illegally download off the internet) will not be supported and cause this error.

I'm having the same problem with the unsupported format message. I am downloading songs that I have gotten off of Napster that I have paid for. It still won't take the WMA format
