you need to make adjustments in the driver control panel color options, you may need service to calibrate the temperature, this can also be a result of poor quality PVC cards. Some card design software will allow you print parts of the card with black panel only which would eliminate this issue.

You should try and open the printer up and let it cool down. Also, try to keep it in open places where there are windows and stuff, and try to keep the room cooled. Is it an old one? If so, there's no solution to that.
