To change the language there is an option called settings-initial setup-language.

go to www.google.com and search for free animating .gif files. google will give you all the sites that provide free .gif files. download the ones you like and that may fit your screen.

Well this phone does not support screen saver feature.

you may however install additional software.

you should download .gif file for wallpaper ...and there after ur mobile should support that for moving wallpaper..

you can't install a running animated wallpaper in my nokia n72. don't waste ur time

may be the animated wallpapers is been infected by virus.
I think any Hardware problem of graphic card, graphic card driver, if so then check your graphic card and install graphic card driver.
