A code came up 10.0002 supply error, and will not let me print. I thought the magenta toner was dry so I got a refill kit with a new chip which I relaced. When cleaning out the old toner I noticed that only half of it had been used. After refilling and replacing the chip the error message continues. What now.

That error usually means there is a paper jam. If not a jam, there may be a piece stuck somewhere. Try checking and clearing it.

10.1001 supply memory error

Hi Dang,
A supply memory error can mean a couple of things. The first thing is that the supplies are not correctly seated/installed. Turn the printer off and reseat/install all of the supplies. Turn the printer back on and see if the error clears. It can also mean you are using compatible cartridges. If that is the case usually pressing the green "check mark" button will allow the printer to continue. It can also mean that one of your cartridges is bad or the sensor in the machine is bad (although this is rare).

Getting error code 956 on a monarch 9820 label printer. Any idea what this error code means?

Are you sure it's not a 756 error? 756 is a supply error, basically saying that you ave no supplies loaded. A 956 is an unspecific generic error code, saying you have a mother board failure.
The display on the 9820 is difficult to read. I'd say you have a 756 error.
Double check your dip switch settings and make sure they match the type of supplies you have loaded.

Fuser error 50.9 came up when we turned the printer on what does that mean??

normally this error means you have a bad fuser assembly. These items are normally a customer replaceable part. If replacing the fuser assembly does not correct the error code you may have a bad power supply board.

Hello,

I hope you mean error code F3. if so then that means a software error and if you disconnect from mains supply then reconnect this should reset the fault if that does not work you may have a damaged circuit board.
