You can buy an SD card at any Best Buy, RiteAid, Walgreens or on eBay.

I inadvertently uninstall the sd card how do i put it back

turn it of , on the left side of the tablet should be the slot to re install it , put it in all the way till it stays in (it will lock ) then turn the tablet back on .it should find it on its own , if not you may have to re set the tablet with the SD card in it so it can re configure it .

How do you remove videos off a sd card on a mac

Assuming you know that you then have to empty the trash...Another possibility is that write-protech may be enable on the card. Eject the card and slide it's little switch on the side and try again. It may also be that the card is formatted NTFS which the Mac can only READ from. To determine disk format, click on the SD card on your desktop to highlight it then choose "Get Info" from the File menu. If it's ANYTHING other than NTFS, format is not the issue.

Can I open the trash on Sanyo VPC S1285

Sorry, there is no trash folder on Digital Cameras. You can, however, use a file recovery software on your computer to recover deleted files from your sd card.

When I put the SD card into my camera, i get an error message. And I can't use the card. Is there a way to fix the Card. It's a 2 gig SD Ultra II at 15 mb/s.

Look up how to reformat card or put the card into your computer via card reader, empty trash can and eject normally. Often if you moved a file to the trash can and eject the disc w/o emptying the trash can you can be prevented from using the card.

I deleted a folder on the memory card Optio S50

The only thing I can think of is that the new memory card is locked. On the side of the SD card is a write protect switch that when engaged will prevent you from writing to the card. On the side of the SD card is a little tab that can slide up or down. Change positions and try again.

Samsung instinct, Micro SD card can't remove music. write-protected?!?

Usually you should be able to take the SD card out of your phone and put it in a universal card reader (around $30.00 cost) connected to you computers USB port. The SD card will come up as an external drive icon on your desktop. When you open the SD card icon on your desktop by clicking on it the contents of the card should be right there visable. Just drag whatever you don't want on the card off the card and into the trash. It should no longer be on the SD card when you reinsert it in your phone.

Canon A640 thinks media card is lock

Inside your camera there is a detector that senses that your card is locked or not it sounds like yours is stuck in, you may be able to free it get yourself a flash light and look inside the socket on the side where the slide is on the memory card use a very small tool or paper clip you have to be really careful when doing this you could break the sensor if your to rough on it.Good luck

SD card full in spite of all files deleted - what do do?

OK, so if you want to delete the photos off your s.d. card, Simply open the 'terminal' application located in the utilities folder.
Then enter this into the box:

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE
killall Finder

That will then make the .Trashes folder of the sd card show up!
Open it, go through the '501' folder, and there you go! Delete everything!

This happens because the card has it's own hidden trash.

Oh, and if you want to hide all the hidden files and folders again, simply open terminal, and enter THIS text:

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles FALSE
killall Finder

Cheers,

Tristan
