Question about RCA DRC8335
I HAVE HAD MY DVD 8335 COMBO PLAYER A MONTH AND ALL IT DOES IS SAY HELLO,I CANT SEEM TO FIND A NUMBER TO THE RCA WARRANTY DEPARTMENT BUT IM WORRIED TO CALL THEM FROM ALL THE COMPLAINTS I HAVE READ FROM THEM.I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED 2 YEAR WARRANTY THROUGH WALMART.DO I NEED TO WAIT UNTIL THAT ONE KICKS IN IN ORDER TO GET MY PLAYER FIXED?MY DVD AND A VHS ARE ALSO STUCK IN THERE.
