Dismantle Emerson insink erator

I have loosened the four screws underneath the sink but the erator is still attached. There seems to be two bolts inside the erator looking down from the sink but that seems to be the head end of the bolt not the nut end. Any suggestions please?

There is a retainer ring that holds the drain and the Insinkerator together. You loosened the drain with the 4 screws. You need to rotate the retainer ring counterclockwise when looking up from the bottom. Maybe 45 degrees and it will come loose. BE CAREFUL IT WILL WANT TO FALL!!

How do I put my pull out faucet back?

Under the counter there is a weight on the hose. If it gets stuck on something you placed in the cabinet under the counter then the weight can't help you put the faucet head back in the fixture. Check the cabinet under so that the hose and weight are free.

Badger 5 leaking from body middle connection

1) Copy following link for troubleshoot and parts resources, and manuals with warranty information:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-repair-and-install-Garbage-disposal.html

2) New unit would be best solution. And possibly cheapest solution. Otherwise you might be installing and un-installing more than once or twice ... which is fun if you have time, and other housemates don't mind kitchen project tools, water and mess.

3) If you can disassemble the disposal, you might be able to make your own gasket using kits and sealant from local auto parts .... assuming the metal was not mis-cast during manufacture and is warped so it never seals.

Cost to replace motor on a badger 5-1 garbage disposer

Yah --- if it is humming - usually means it is jammed -- check it out on the sides of the blades. If it is over 2years with heavy usage - get a new one

Can anyone tell me why my ISE GN1100 Hot tap is spitting when the handle is pulled back to release the water?

Usually happens when the temperature is set too high, check your instruction book and set it to the advised temp. Also the filter in the nozzle may need a clean.

When i plug in the insink erator and turn it on it blows the breaker is it the heating element or the switch or the thermostat

The first thing I would check would be the switch. then the thermostat then the element.I would also check for any burnt insulation which could allow a short to ground.
My gut feeling would be the element but I like to eliminate the less expensive items first. Hope this helps. Thank you and have a good holidays.
