Today I received an email from you stating "We wanted to find out if you still need a solution for the Standard Televisions Problem you posted on FixYa yesterday.
In case you do, we'd like to offer you our Premium Assistance Plan
I see this would cost me $9.99 so your advice is NOT FOR FREE as your website clearly states.


Yes I do still need an answer to my question. Regrettably I am not in a financial position to pay $9.99 to have it answered.

I am trying to check out at a vendor on line and the pay now is asking for a nickname on my card. They said it would be on my statement. I am not aware of a nickname. Please help.


When using a card to pay on line the only things required are name on the card( in the name of)
expiry date
card number

We don't sell programs. We try to answer (most technical) questions.
I think I have to give you a free advice.
Install the free Microsoft Security Essentials en never pay a penny for virus programs again. To add security, only allow yourself to work in a non Admin account. As soon as any program is asking for admin rights, you know something wants to be installed, what you did not start in the first place. and just answer no.
Saves money and frustration.
