"E020" Black toner feed problem
the4050's were notorious for this problem.
open the hopper and vacuum out all the tone and locate th thin metal arm that rotates. I used to bend it inwards, so there would be a hump in the middle of the arm( so it does not touch the sides of the hopper. also check the auger that feeds the toner into the Devellopper to see if it is clogged. thirdly the motor for the hopper does go bad ( this is the one that turns the metal arm to mix the toner)

You may have to replace the bracket but first check to determine whether the door is out of alignment. Usually the brackets are strong enough to resist bending

C2500 problem with keyocera mita 3035

A C2500 Code is as follows (direct from tech manual.)

Paper feed motor problem.

Poor contact in the paper feed motor connector terminals.
Defective paper feed motor rotation control circuit.
Defective drive transmission system.

Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the connector cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable.
Replace the paper feed motor.
Check if the rollers and gears rotate smoothly. If not, grease the bushings and gears. Check for broken gears and replace
if any.

Most of the time it is the motor if you power the unit down and unplug it. Wait 30 seconds power it back up and it should (key word) bypass the broken cassette. To find out if it is the motor you can switch the motors with cassette 1 and 2 they are the same.

Hope this helps.

My t3065 e machine was powered down manually 1 week ago when I got back to it to turn it on nothing happens, the power cord and wall plug are fine

Perhaps during the interlude that the eMachines wasn't being used, there was a power outage, or lightning struck nearby.

The first hardware component that I would check, would be the Power On switch, and Power Supply.

Bypass the Power On switch to see if the problem is the Power On switch, or the Power Supply.

If bypassing turns the Power Supply on, the problem is the Power On switch.

If bypassing does Not turn the Power Supply on, the problem is the Power Supply.

Inside the plastic Power On button, is a Power On switch.
It is a Momentary Contact Switch.

Below is one example of a Power On switch, I have found to fit many computers.

Bypassing is done with a jumper wire, inserted into the back of the 20/24-pin ATX main power cable connector.

The jumper wire Briefly, touches the Soft Power On wire (Green) terminal down in the connector, and ANY Ground terminal. (Black)

I listed 20/24-pin above, because I don't know if the T3065 uses a 20-pin ATX main power cable connector, or a 24-pin ATX main power cable connector.

Below is an example of a 20-pin ATX main power cable, and it's corresponding connector,

The photo all the way to the Right, shows the back of the connector.
It is plugged into the motherboard.

The Front of the connector is plugged into the female socket on the motherboard.
The Back of the connector is shown, and this is the area the power wires go down into.

Here you can see the green Soft Power On wire.
ANY of those Black wires are Ground wires.

I have Not detailed this procedure yet.

Do Not attempt it until I do.

I want to know first, if you are interested in doing the procedure, and will also outline any safety issues involved.
