Question about HP PSC 1510 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Printer error message states that the black cartridge installed a week ago is "incompatible" with my HP PSC 1510 all-in-one printer. Oddly enough, the printer has been printing with no problem this morning until about 30 minutes ago, when it suddenly sent this error message.
I have taken out the 92 cartridge a couple of times, wiped it off and put it back in. Doesn't correct the problem. Have verified that it is indeed a 92 cartridge, which is specified for this printer.
Nowadays, the cartridges have a microchip installed to assure you are not using "unauthorized" ink. Maybe the chip is defective. try replacing it with another cartridge and take that one back to the store for an exchange.

I have an HP Photsmart C4100 printer. I purchased remanufactured ink cartridges (both black and tri-colored) from Vivasmart. The black one works fine, but when I installed the tri-color, I got an error message that says "Print cartridge problem" The following print cartridge has a problem:
Tri-color. And I can't print. The screen on my printer says "Remove and check color cartridge." I have done this several times and it still won't print. I have turned off the power, removed the cartridges, and unplugged the unit, but it still didn't help. Any suggestions?
