Did u run a spyboot or any other program like that?

If you did you should have a backup of it, run the backup to get that file back again.

Spyboot and some other programs like that asume that its a bad file and revoves it.

It's classed as spyware so it's best to be removed. To do this click on Start->Run and type msconfig . Click on the startup tab and untick everything related to c::\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1 and then click OK. After a restart it should no longer appear.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

ERROR LOADING C:\PROGA~1\MYWEBS~\bar\7.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL IS THIS WHY MY COMPUTER WON'T GO BACK TO A RESTORE POINT ,CAN YOU FIX IT FOR ME?

If you try and restore, and this error comes up when you are restoring then yes.

Check the quarantine file in your anti-virus and see if your anti-virus
quarantined this file.

If you emptied the folder then you can try and download the DLL, and copy it to the system 32 folder in windows.

C, windows, system 32.

Also place it in the program folder of MYWEBS.

This is the download for the DLL below.

I am running XP. I went to RUN - MSCONFIG, then go to START tab. You will find an entry for this DLL. Uncheck to box, choose APPLY, and restart your PC, the nagging pop up on restart should be gone.
