Question about HP DesignJet 5500PS InkJet Printer
In a HP designjet 5500 printer. We want to use it as a HP printer. We have NO software to match the Kodak Matchprint software.
Firmware?Software? Board? These are valuable printers if we can use them as HP printers on our Windows network
I'm finding myself in a similar position. I got the printer to work with the HP driver, and flexisign prints for this printer as well, but I'd like to change the firmware or do whatever needs to be done to turn this into a HP 5500 and not a MATCHPRINT 5542 so I can use the HP printer utility to RIP. I don't have the original MATCHPRINT drivers or anything either. Any suggestions?
